If you are an individual has received, or currently receives mental health and/or substance abuse services with a desire to help others we have a unique opportunity for you.

This position will allow you to combine your personal experience in recovery with skills to promote hope in others as they work to improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential.

Applicant must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be current of former recipient of mental health and/or substance abuse services and willing to self-disclose as such
  2. Posse a current Tennessee State Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) certification or be eligible and willing to pursue with company provided training within 6 months of hire.

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. A valid TN driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance on file
  3. Willing to work in an office, inpatient treatment, or community setting
  4. Some positions require the ability to travel in the local, and regional area. Must be able to drive throughout multiple TN counties in assigned territory to meet with program participants
  5. Clean Criminal history
  6. Clean Abuse Registry

 

This position requires a few Core Competencies including:

  • High school or equivalent
